What we believe
Disability isn’t a barrier to employment.
It’s where the plan starts.
Our story
The Problem
Every year, hundreds of thousands of young people with disabilities leave high school ready to work — and face an economy that too often shuts them out.
Our Solution
Founded in 1989 by the Marriott family, Bridges partners with employers to connect them with prepared young talent — and stays involved after hire with structured onboarding and retention support.
Better outcomes for young adults. A more reliable entry-level pipeline for employers.
The Result
Thousands of young adults with disabilities have launched real careers — and gained the independence that comes with earning a paycheck. Today, Bridges serves youth, schools, and employer partners across 12 U.S. cities.

“When I was in high school, people told me that there would be limits to what I could accomplish because of my disability. With my job at Accenture, I feel I've already proven them wrong.”
