We embed in schools to identify students who can benefit from career readiness and employment support. Our Bridges Representatives work alongside transition coordinators and special education teams.

Aged 17–24, with a documented disability, and interested in working. No prior job experience required.
The Interest Form is the first step. It takes a few minutes and connects the young adult with a local Bridges team.
A Bridges Representative will reach out within 3–5 business days, assess fit, and begin the career readiness process.
