Voices from the Bridges network

Participants, employers, and partners in their own words.

When I was in high school, people told me that there would be limits to what I could accomplish because of my disability. With my job at Accenture, I feel I've already proven them wrong.

For schools, VR agencies, and community organizations ready to bring Bridges into their service area.

1

Intro conversation

A 30-minute call with our partnerships team. We learn about the young adults you serve, your goals, and where Bridges can add value.

2

Scope and agreement

We define roles, data-sharing, reporting cadence, and any service agreements — tailored to your organization's needs.

3

Launch

Your dedicated Bridges Representative begins working with students or clients. Outcomes tracked from day one.

Refer a young adult.

Know someone who could benefit from Bridges? You don’t need to be a formal partner to make a referral.

1

Identify a young adult

Aged 17–24, with a documented disability, and interested in working. No prior job experience required.

2

Have them fill out the Interest Form

The Interest Form is the first step. It takes a few minutes and connects the young adult with a local Bridges team.

3

We take it from there

A Bridges Representative will reach out within 3–5 business days, assess fit, and begin the career readiness process.
