State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency Finder (CSAVR)

Council of State Administrators of Vocational Rehabilitation maintains the directory of every state's VR agency. Your state VR agency is the first stop for finding supported-employment providers serving your area — they fund and contract with community programs like Bridges.

NTACT-C — National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative

Federally funded technical assistance center for state and local agencies serving students with disabilities ages 14 to 21. Practitioner-facing resources on transition planning, Pre-ETS delivery, IEP transition goals, and partnership development with employers and VR.

Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE)

APSE is the national organization for supported-employment professionals. Their member directory and state chapters help you locate supported-employment programs near you that you can refer students or clients to.
