Quilleon brings nearly three decades of nonprofit leadership experience to the role. He joins Bridges most recently from Best Buddies International, where he served as Senior Vice President, leading programs that connect people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to inclusive employment, friendship, and leadership opportunities worldwide.
Bridges, founded by the Marriott family in 1989, has placed over 23,000 young adults with disabilities into competitive jobs across 12 U.S. cities. Under Quilleon's leadership, the organization continues its focus on competitive integrated employment outcomes, supported employment delivery, and partnerships with state vocational rehabilitation agencies, school districts, and employers nationwide.
