Jakobe Glover is a full-time food runner at Atlanta Airport Marriott Hotel and Bentleys steakhouse, sharing an apartment with his twin sister.
Jakobe Glover and his twin sister lost their mother before he graduated from Fulton County's Creekside High School in May 2022. He needed work to support both of them.
With his Bridges Youth Employment Specialist, Sharron Pearson, Jakobe started full-time at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Hotel in September 2022 as a utility steward.
He has since moved into a food runner role across two on-site restaurants at the property, including Bentleys steakhouse.
Now 22, Jakobe and his twin sister share an apartment and live independently.
