Bridges to Marriott to Philadelphia police officer
Kiana joined Bridges as a struggling young adult, was placed at the Marriott, became a Philadelphia police officer, returned to Bridges as a volunteer mentor in 2018, and is now a Department of Justice fellow in Washington, DC.

Kiana enrolled in Bridges as a struggling young adult in Philadelphia. "I was struggling in my present," she told Bridges' camera.
Through the program she went all the way up to the Marriott, her early career placement.
She later joined the Philadelphia Police Department, where she serves on patrol.
In 2018 Kiana returned to Bridges as a volunteer to work with current participants, offering mentorship and inspiration.
She is now in Washington, DC, participating in a Department of Justice fellowship, helping develop strategies and programming for more effective community policing.
