Kyla's grandmother, Ida M. of Rhode Island, wrote to Bridges saying that her Youth Employment Specialist cares about the needs of the students and assures them they are capable of success. She returned home from a visit to Atlanta feeling blessed that her granddaughter has such a professional in her life.
