The face of 'Now Hiring'

In under a year at Home Depot's Midtown Atlanta store, Bobby's picture ended up on Now Hiring posters nationwide, and three Homer Awards on his apron.

Bobby started at The Home Depot's Midtown Atlanta store in April 2024. In less than a year, his photo ended up on "Now Hiring" posters displayed at Home Depot stores across the United States.

Bobby has won three "Homer Awards", the company's internal recognition for employees who exemplify its core values: excellent customer service, respect for all, and doing the right thing.

Bobby serves as an exemplary ambassador — for Home Depot and for Bridges from School to Work.
