Keeping Microsoft's Arlington hub running for CBRE

Jacques Merkerson, 24, has worked for CBRE since March 2023 as a common area reset coordinator at the Microsoft Innovation Hub in Arlington, Virginia.

Before CBRE, he spent four years building work ethic and customer service skills with Forever 21 and government contractor Didlake.

His CBRE workplace experience supervisor, Erik Fellers, has said he could not be more pleased with Jacques's work performance. Erik has called Jacques a major asset to the team, with keen powers of observation in identifying any safety hazards throughout the facility, and noted that when Jacques smiles, he lights up the place.
