Jordan Jackson and Bianca Tinsley converted from a 60-day paid internship into Transaction Specialist roles on JPMorgan Chase's BeST team in Chicago.
Jordan Jackson and Bianca Tinsley both completed a 60-day paid, part-time internship with JPMorgan Chase's Business Solutions Team (BeST) in Chicago.
After the internship, both were hired as Transaction Specialists with regular employee status, working 30 hours per week and eligible for company benefits.
Before JPMorgan Chase, both Jordan and Bianca held paid roles at Chicago's Shedd Aquarium. Bianca had also worked at Staples and Aramark, and Jordan had worked at Ross Dress for Less.
A senior Bridges Youth Employment Specialist forged the JPMorgan Chase partnership, and the company has since encouraged Bridges to refer additional candidates. The Dallas-Fort Worth office placed its first BeST intern, Daniel, soon after.
